My village.❤️

Located 10 km from the city. The name of the village is Medara. There are not many houses on either side of the road but it is beautiful because the road is full of trees. The only school in the village is Binkama Maha Vidyalaya. There is a farming based culture in my village which is quite developed. There are also people who pay for the day by farming. School children live in my village with many different challenges.

Kumaratunga Munidasa was a pioneer Sri Lankan (Sinhalese) linguist, grammarian, commentator, writer, poet, and journalist. Munidasa was born on 25th July, 1887 in Dickwella, Mathara.
