Dr. Christopher William Wijekoon Kannangara was a Sri Lankan lawyer and politician. He became the first Minister of Education in Sri Lanka. He was born on 13 October 1884 in Hikkaduwa. The Kannangara youth entered the famous Richmond College in Galle. After school he worked as a teacher of Mathematics at Wesley College, Colombo and Prince of Wales College, Moratuwa. He excelled as a lawyer in the Southern Province. He later joined the National Movement for Independence. Kannangara was first elected to the Ceylon Legislative Assembly in 1923 and later to the State Council. He also served as the President of the Ceylon National Congress. As Minister of Education, Kannangara made significant changes to the education system in Sri Lanka in the 1940s. Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi was an Indian activist. He was the leader of the Indian Independence Movement against British colonial rule. Gandhi in India is known as the father of the nation. Gandhi was born in India on October 2, 1869 and grew up in a Hindu family. After his education he received legal training at the Inner Temple in London. He first worked as a lawyer in South Africa during the struggle of the resident Indian community for civil rights. After his return to India in 1915, he organized agricultural workers, peasants and urban workers to protest against high land taxes and discrimination. Gandhi, who took over the leadership of the Indian National Congress in 1921, led a nationwide movement for various social causes and to achieve Swaraj or self-government. The disease can be accompanied by depression, anxiety, seizures, hypersensitivity and hypothermia, as well as poor sleep and appetite problems. It can occur with this disease. Also, there are less people with high levels of intelligence than this disease. These patients are often in a world of their own making. It is also advisable to go. Also, there is no prescriptive drug that will stop the flow of emotions. But there are other diseases that can be cured with medication. Kumaratunga Munidasa was a pioneer Sri Lankan (Sinhalese) linguist, grammarian, commentator, writer, poet, and journalist. Munidasa was born on 25th July, 1887 in Dickwella, Mathara. He first studied at the Dikwella Buddhist School. Then he attended St. Thomas' College, Matara. Later, he entered the Government Teachers' College in Colombo. He graduated in 1907. His first appointment was as a government teacher in Bilingual School of Bomiriya. Later he was promoted to principal of the Kadugannawa Bilingual School. After eleven years he was promoted to inspector of schools, which he held for four years.
